1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to over 27,000+ pin codes across India through our reliable courier partners (including BlueDart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express via Shiprocket).

2. Order Processing Time

  • Confirmation: All orders are processed immediately upon successful payment.

  • Dispatch: Orders placed before 11:00 AM are typically dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM are dispatched the next working day.

  • Working Days: Please note that Sundays and National Holidays are not considered working days for processing or transit.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver all products within 7 Working Days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and Email containing your unique Tracking ID and a link to follow your package in real-time.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 499]. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 50] will be applied at checkout.

5. Important: Prepaid Only Policy

  • molbin.com currently accepts Prepaid Orders only (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking).

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). This ensures faster processing and priority handling of your shipment.

6. Undelivered Packages & Re-attempts

Our courier partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts.

  • If the package is not accepted after three attempts, or if the address provided is incorrect, the package will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).

  • For re-shipping an RTO package, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged During Transit

If you receive a package that is visibly tampered with or damaged:

  • Please do not accept the delivery.

  • Take a photo/video of the damaged box and contact us immediately at support@molbin.com.

  • We will investigate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement for you.
